Default Houston Area shops

I live in the Clear Lake area, south of Houston, Texas and am looking for recommendations on local shops to care for my F-type. One experience with local dealership was so-so. My regular mechanic, with whom I have a 20+ year relationship is not equipped to do much more than fluid changes on the Jaguar. Any experience with local shops would be appreciated

I have to admit that I am still partial to Momentum even being out of warranty now, but that is only because my Service Writer takes care of me to the extent that SONIC still gives discretion. If Kevin were to go elsewhere, Momentum loses my business, not only on the F-Type but also the X-Type and XK8.

Jaguar Clear Lake (where I assume you went) is a little expensive (what dealer isn't though lol) but the service I've had is good

Kevin Sturgess at Momentum always took good care of me from 2000-2008 while I had my xk8, and again in 2020 for my only F-type service to date.

Howdy,
I'm also from Houston. There are 2 members here who actually recommended Champions Jaguar Service.

Another vote for Momentum. In fact one of our legendary members Brutal works there.
When my 2005 STR was under warranty they did all the work. Which was not a lot thankfully.

Go to Clear Lake if you are still under warranty. Champions for oil changes, tune ups or if your warranty has expired. Stay away from the others!
