Another issue that popped up this week- 2016 3.0 base Rough starts. Sometimes it's fine. Hot starts after an hour seem to be worse. But it'll stumble it's way to starting and then be fine. Sometimes it throws a Cyl 5 and Cyl 4 Misfire code, along with a "various misfire" code.
I replaced the 4,5,6 bank injectors about 15k miles (8 months) ago.
Always throws both 4 and 5 codes together, so my thought was HPFP, but I also thought that would give a low pressure code as well- Might not, Might just be bleeding off pressure.
I have some Injectors I ordered in. Any way to tell if HPFP is acting up? It would be odd if two new injectors started to have issues together, is my thought.

Bad coils? Try swapping coils 4 and 5 with other cylinders see if the problem moves.

 

Have you checked the fuel pressure at the rails?
