I think the main problem would be the car meeting US CAFE and vehicle standards.

 

The system is designed, intentionally and as a result of lobbying by manufacturers that do not want cross-market price pressures, to all but prevent car importation. The only exception if the car was originally made in US/Canada/Mexico.

Importing non-US Jaguar into US will be cost prohibitive and will likely take years to complete.

 

It looks cheap, but there are NO taxes paid, also no VAT. Then there is NO guarantee..
Taxfree a V8 would be in the USA starting at $ 126.000 .
What happens if you import it, aply all duties and transport and its DOA..

If something looks its to good to be true, it probably is..

 

Well US > EU is not that much of a problem, so I guess other way is doable too. Many EU and JDM cars are driven in US. They are companies who specialize in this type of imports. I also bet that these "non-eu" cars are technically the same as the whole lot, and have some sort of legal problem.
What interests me is the origin of these cars... Try to obtain a VIN number and/or ask what the car's history is.

 

18km means that it is new. But I speak no Netherland to ask the guy about. I think that this car has no GPF for sure but also no Cat at all. Co2gr/km is 999, so about 4x more as EU cars that have about 250. I think it may be loud.

 

The language is Dutch... ..but you can be 99% sure the person answering the phone speaks - some sort - of English..

 

You'll have to modify it to meet federal safety standards (FMVSS) and possibly have it crash tested.
Then you have to get it certified by the EPA by demonstrating that it conforms to federal emissions standards. You could request a written statement from JLR confirming that this car also meets US emissions regulations (if it in fact does) but they'll probably ignore you because they have zero incentive to provide this information.

Alternatively, you could go the much easier route which is to wait 25 years.
