I got setup today and had to call Jaguar. When I logged into and created my account it shows like it is good until 2025. I haven't paid anything so not sure why it shows that but will play with this feature and see if it would be worth it if I happen to have to pay for it at some point.

 

My MY18 (sold in March 2017 has an InControl pro Services subcription expiry date of June 2028, so it seems like a long term deal. The Secure, Remote and Premium stuff expires in June 2021 so looks like a 3 year deal in the UK (I think mine must have been updated when I bought used at one year old).
