Default ISO: Right side/passenger lower sill (black)

Hi all - I need to replace the passenger side lower sill (just the black piece) on our 2015 coupe. It was damaged prior to purchase, and then further dinged during shipping. A new one is incredibly expensive so I'm hoping that someone has a used takeoff. If you do, but would prefer to sell a pair of them rather than just one, I would certainly entertain buying both.

Picture of the sill in question.

Hard to see damage in the photo but I would repair it. Today’s materials make it relatively easy. From plastic welders to body fillers.

What do you consider expensive? A brand new one from the factory already in gloss black (#T2R11989) can be had for about $500 which seems reasonable. The removal of the old and installation of the new sideskirt is the most labor intensive part as the entire rocker panel needs to come off the car to access the fasteners that hold the sideskirt in place

As previous, I would check out getting it repaired in situ.
The cost of the part is likley dwarfed (if I can still say that?) by the installation costs.

Thanks for the feedback. I wasn't aware that the entire rocker has to come off in order to install a new lower sill.

Here are some better pictures. Not being versed in plastic repair, do these 2 spots look repairable?

It's not a huge or difficult job to remove and refit the rocker panel, I did both of mine to fit illuminated tread plates.
Just tedious and time consuming due to the sheer number of clips, scrivets, screws and bolts.
One tip - you have to take off (and of course refit!) the lower rubber door surround weather seal and I found it was very difficult not to break/snap a few of those pesky little orange T-shaped clips/plugs which hold it on, so it pays to have some spares on hand, I found a pack of 10 on Fleabay for cheap without too much searching.
