So, after weeks of contemplating and looking at pics and vids, I decided to go unconventional on an already uncommon car.

2021 F Type R, sorrento yellow, glass roof, exterior black design pack, climate pack, heated and cooled seats, black interior with oyster stitching, black interior pack, suede headliner and visors, meridian surround system 770 watt, 35% tinted glass, etc.

Gorgeous!! The dealer tinted the glass? That's always one of the first things I do, so nice it's already done for you!

On another note, I swung by a Jag dealer in Seattle thi weekend hoping to drive a yellow R there. Turns out it was being driven by the owner and of course, wasn't there when we stopped by.
But... At the other Jag dealer, the GM had a Firenze red F-type that will look very close to mine!

The differences are I spec'd the first black pack (black splitter and side skirts) and I sprung for the #1041 rims. I also got the oyster seats and stitching for the interior. Surprised more people don't spec that. I love the lighter interior.
Anyway, I was super excited to get to see a Firenze red R!!

yeah, if you look in the Jag usa inventory, it shows all the Rs for sale nationwide. Theres a firenze red one I almost bought. It has the suede seats and black package. It was way too far and I decided I wanted yellow. Theres another velocity blue one i was looking at too.

I really wanted the extended tan interior on a grey car, but the black and oyster looks perfect on the yellow.

Ya I saw the Firenze that was listed. It didn't have all the options I wanted though.

The velocity blue one is very cool.

Yeah, 3M, 35%. First stop will be ceramic coating and PPF on the front.

I'll be doing the same... Minus ceramic coating. I think it's a bit over rated.

I thought that too until I had it on my truck. Makes washing super easy, nothing sticks to it.

Ya I use a good sealant instead. That way if for some reason I need to do a small correction, I don't have to cut thru the ceramic.
