Hi folks, my Journeys page keeps turning itself off, meaning i need to re-activate it each time i want access. It used to stay on. Any idea how to correct this?

 

I am having the same issue... I thought I had fixed it by logging out and back in but now it is off again. I'll keep playing with it and let you know if I figure out a fix...

 

Crap! I just updated the Remote and it now does the same thing to me.


I called Jag CS. They had me turn on the Journey feature from a laptop - didn't help. Then they had me uninstall/reinstall Remote - didn't help. The matter has been elevated to someplace in the ether.

 

Yup. Latest version of the app introduced a glitch in the matrix. Should be easily resolved.

 

To everyone else: DON"T UPDATE REMOTE until this gets resolved.

 

so my journeys are actually still being recorded - as soon as you turn it "on" in the app the journeys are still there.

 

It's not too bad then, but still not right.

 

Yeah I had the same, journeys got toggled off but it didn't lose any of my previous history...

 

Is it recording anything if you aren't in the app?

 

Not the new app. Mine was working two days ago, now I have to turn on Journies and there is s network delay.

 

I think it's fixed now.
