Verified VIN with dealer service invoice... has no Os or zeroes. Did some more reading and checked features on screen. The car was set to stealth mode. So put it back "on" and will see what happens. Going to dealer for new tires this week anyway, so can ask. The Jaguar tech is very helpful (and knows his stuff). thank you for your time and help!

 

‘Stealth mode’ does indeed turn off some of the interior lighting at night. Forgot about that, it’s been nearly 8 years since I tried it...

 

Took car today for new tires and ambient led light check. Used info from this forum to explain i. E. CJB as culprit for the 2 door leds and the grab handle led not working.. New part ordered,, not sure what but it's covered under warranty. Will probably know more in a week or so.

Thanks to all the research and researchers here, along with the posts and photos, my local Jaguar Tech got to the root of what was preventing those door handle and grab handle lights from coming on. The Tech ran a guided self-test to initialize an offline module. Once initialized, the lighting worked perfectly. He referenced B1412-96 Quiescent Relay. I looked this part up on Google and there are many posts regarding issues with this unit. This is on a MY2017 Base with Premium.
