If the F-type R is legal in California, why do you want cats that are better than OEM ?

I purchased the full Super Sprint exhaust system with includes their sport cats. I will more than likely have the super sprint exhaust system installed on my car, 2017 F Type R sports car in a few weeks. The mileage on my car is approximately 11,000 mi. I can send you photo of my odometer to show the actual mileage of 11,000 miles. If you need stock OEM catalytic converter I'd be open to selling you my cats. Make me a respectable offer and I am in New Jersey so you would pay shipping to California. Or if you want the very best aftermarket sport cats, then with that question it would be the super sprint 100 or 200 cell sport cats. They do not trigger the cars check engine light They are compatible with the cars stock ECU.

Careful in California. Don't they need to be CARB Certified to pass visual inspection?

May I suggest a used OEM converter, perhaps you can find one on a site like this:

I have my stock cats sitting around . Changed them out at around 10k miles. I can sell them for cheap if you’re interested. I upgraded to the supersprint cats last year.

As far as I know, for the F-Type only OEM is CARB-certified. I got an aftermarket CARB-compliant cat for a '91 Miata, but I don't think anything aftermarket is available for the F-Type.

I also have a pair of OEM Cats off my 2020 R that I may be willing to sell with about 20,000 miles on them. They are part number T2R17116 so make sure they will fit if interested.
