Default Misfire Cylinder 5 and 2

Hello Again,

Back in October I had a misifire while running low on gas, I had the vehicle towed to a Jaguar dealership, where they said due to corrosion on the fuel rail bolts, that an engine was needed.

I towed it to a different mechanic and they put the car back together and it ran fine for about 1000miles until it started misfiring again on 5 and 2, no smell of fuel in the oil and no smoke. There is a circuit level low code on #5 injector and a CANbus A fault in the PCM

In addition to the misfire, I’m getting water ingress to the trunk area which is what I suspect to be the actual cause of the fault.

The misfire occurred while driving through a rainstorm and immediately after hitting a puddle on the highway.
