You will have to excuse my slight suspicion about your post.

Your Location is shown as LONDON but your IP Address is South Korea. The speedometer is in KMH but the warning messages are in English.

Having said that, the message "Engine Oil Level Underfilled" couldn't be any clearer .......

Providing there isnt a pool of oil under the car, I would just check the oil level again under the menu system. If you have lost a load of Oil and it has been serviced recently. Then you can start worrying.

My F type is in Florida, but I spend most of my time in Korea and do most of my reading on this forum in Korea. There are several F Type’s around here. Just saying …

Low oil is a very serious concern. If you drive the car with too low oil, you will damage the engine.

The meaning is all too clear: you’ve run low on oil. Interestingly, even those losing an engine due to low oil have never reported seeing such a message. You’d better have an oil sample taken and analyzed to see what damage has been incurred.

I'm guessing that perhaps this warning didn't pop up on its own, only when the electronic dipstick was checked. Just guessing.
