I ordered some Vossen LC103’s a few months ago and just got them on the car. Not the usual look for F-Types but I love this style of wheel. The colour is Brickell Bronze, matches the leather quite well.
Well, beauty is in the eye of the beholder but hmmm…umm….the wheel colour rather overwhelms the beauty of the BRG body…do you still have the original wheels.?
Looks are subjective. If you like them, that’s all that matters. Enjoy!
100% with you on this. As much as I don't like these wheels, who cares what other people think, it's your car, do to it what you will.
FWIW, I have only changed the OEM wheels on one car I owned and that was on my old Nissan 200SX, and I bought the wheels I wanted, not the ones I thought other people would approve of. That said, they were Nismo LM GT4 in bronze, and are still just about my favourite wheel design in the world.

Absolutely still have the originals with the Pirelli’s. Plug and play now.
But more importantly, how are you finding ride and handling? I thought forged rims were a huge improvement, like a different car.
Much like your experience and certainly improved. The Vossen folks custom machine the rims for the specific vehicle, and work with you on what stance you want, so the car is more planted now.

If you tire of the current color, you can change it. Maybe a medium gray metallic?

Yup. IMO these tires are perfect for spirited driving. I have them on two of my fun cars and wouldn’t swap for anything else. They wear very well and have excellent dry and wet grip. Cost effective as well - when compared to the usual suspects.
