Hello. I have a 2016 F-Type R I'm looking at with around 50k miles. I already have a 2015 R. Thinking it may be a decent deal as long as the engine doesn't need a complete replacement. Starts, runs, idles but rattles and throws P0011 P0021 P0024 and P0391. I've attached the codes and video of it running. Seller said timing chains but I haven't heard of them going out. Any other ideas?
Thanks.
When I try to accelerate beyond about 35mph or so the engine basically bogs down and loses power. When going from 1st to 2nd gear or 2nd to 1st the shift itself is extremely rough and feels like it skips or something, whole car does a bit of a jerk.
I made a DIY adaptor to test the oil pressure, it only show 4 PSI at idle speed......worst thing is the car doesn't have oil pressure warning, it only showed oil level. I teared down the engine and found out someone already replaced the oil pump and aftermarket crank and rod before sold to my friend! Because they couldn't sort the problem, so just get rid of it. Oil pump feels good and the solenoid functioning well, all bearings (Main & Rod) look clean, doesn't show any wears and tears. When I removed the oil cooler, I found some dirt inside! I tried to pour some gas to clean it up but the gas goes in never came out!! I using shop air to blow inside, it's not even get through. The oil cooler is clogged, that may be the cause for low oil pressure. I just ordered a new oil cooler, hope everything work out fine after that
Not sure what engine or car you have? Add that so you get good answers.
It has no oil pressure warning because there is no way to measure the oil pressure on a stock 5.0L engine.
How did you rig up the oil pressure tester? Jaguar has a method that uses a special oil filter adapter.

Strally has an XF with the 3.0 so the AJ126, see post #3.
The Jaguar Factory Special Tool for testing oil pressure is a oil filter cap with a fitting to connect the gauge, to buy a special tool cost me over $300!! I bought an aftermarket cap from Amazon and put on a fitting myself so I can connect my pressure gauge.
