Default Park Button Part Number?

Does anyone have the P/N for the "P"ark button on the gear shift and/or done the replacement themselves?
I'm hoping it's as cheap/easy as the Start button.

Please post a pic of the switch you are referring to. I am AT challenged. My e-Brake switch is on the console instead of the stick.

Yep, I would like a replacement of this button as well, it was and still is the only "less than new looking" bit on the car when I first got it. I suspect the previous owner, possibly a women, used that button a lot and as a result it is/was very worn. I pretty much never use it, I just let the car shift into P by itself when I shut it down.
I doubt you can get the button by itself and instead you have to get the entire auto shifter stick which would cost a bundle and probably not be an easy DIY replacement.
Lance - it's the "P" button on the top front of the auto shifter stick which you press to put the car in Park, nothing to do with the e-Brake, I think the OP has confused things a bit.

Edit - Part # 11 on this page: https://www.jaguarlandroverrenoparts...r-console-scat
Sure looks like it's the entire shifter and console or nuffin, T2R15998 chrome and T2R16008 graphite, around the $600 to $800 US amount.

You are correct - my bad choice of words. I was probably brake preoccupied because the F-Pace went in today to get a new parking brake actuator.

I mentioned this wear while under warranty and they replaced this whole assembly. I have to believe that if JLR let them replace just the button they would've saved the expense. That said, any cars that are still under warranty and are worried about wear here I'd bring it up at the dealership.

The P button cap can be removed if you disassemble the assembly, so you could get any used or even damaged one from eBay/breakers and swap the button cap over. I did that on mine as the P was starting to become undefined around the edges after only 15k miles. I doubt anyone else would have noticed, but it bugged me every time at night because the light would bleed and look blurred. There are 4 screws holding it in, then you pry out the plastic infill to expose the trigger and the switch. My donor was from a 2016 Range Rover Sport which cost me £70 (the lever part is the same, the base is different). You can probably remove it in situ, but it will involve swearing.

I note there was a revision to the assembly at the same time as they stopped using that 'sticky' soft touch paint to various trim/switches. That was almost certainly because there is a soft touch infill to the front-facing edge of the lever, but it is possible they changed the button finish as well. Oz gives the part numbers above, but UK prices for export (zero-rated VAT) are:
T2R16008, grey base, £425 ($545 USD today)
T2R15998, chrome base, £355 ($456 USD today)

Or you could remove the assembly from the car, mask it up and repaint the cap. I've done that to make a custom button before. All you do is get some vinyl cut to the exact shape of the 'P' legend, apply it and spray paint to finish. Then you remove the vinyl by picking it from the centre with a needle.
