My advice is to get your insurance company to submit a request to security and get the camera footage. Unless you can install and paint it yourself, that's going to cost you a boatload for a hit-and-run.
A coworker caught some goon dragging their bag down the side of mine on a military base ... security was involved and my paint correction cost me nothing.
