Default question

Is the only difference between the 340 and 380hp f type the software or are there actual physical things like different shocks, etc? Does Jaguar offer a software upgrade to turn the 340hp into the 380hp with all of the associated benefits?
Thanks,
Nick

The V6S has a limited slip diff.(LSD) and larger standard brakes. There are several differences relative to what's standard vs. optional, but the most significant issue is that the LSD is not available at all on the 340.

Jag dont offer a software upgrade, but a number of other vendors do if you are OK with the warranty risk. Velocity AP is one, and is very active on this forum Jaguar F-Type V6 Base Supercharged ECU Tune
