If you don't select the Interior Black Pack, you get a choice of the grey panel with "S" or the black one without. If you choose the Interior Black Pack, you get the black one without the "S".

Why are we still talking about this?

If you want to add an S or an R with the circle logo to your dash without buying a new trim you can buy a 15mm brake decal (IIRC the rears on the XFR-S are the right size) and apply it yourself. I found a grey outline version on eBay which is very similar to the OEM logo on the dash trim. I added it after replacing the alumnium trim in my car with the carbon fibre trim that is logo-less, but then removed it again because I liked it better without.

Agreed, I guess I didn’t realize I have the interior black pack as part of the performance pack until I looked at my sticker last night. I can only assume Jaguar felt leaving the “S” off resulted in a cleaner look.

Jmfan, Thanks. I'm OK without that S.

Not related to the 'S" but I hadn't realized they changed the electronic gauges between the dials. The fuel and temperature gauges now follow the curvature of the dials.

EDIT: mirror, not follow
