Default Rear Alignment - 2015 F-Type 340hp Convertible

Should the rear wheels camber out slightly?

On my 2015 R both front and back are cambered pretty good. Wearing the hell out of the inside of the tires. I guess that's part of the price for handling.

Mine are cambered slightly beyond spec because of the 1.5" lowering, but I'm not witnessing any uneven wear.

Yep, even stock there is meant to be a tiny bit of negative camber on the front (about -.25 IIRC) and a fair whack on the rear, about -1. Then, if/when you fit lowering springs both will go a bit more negative, especially the rear. The front camber can be and should be adjusted back to factory spec, but the rear camber cannot be adjusted and you just have to live with it. I have VAP springs so 7/8" lower, and I reckon my rear camber is around -1.5 so not too bad and I haven't had any problems with excessive tyre wear on the inside edges. Very different story with my old XFS when I put Eibach springs on it (rear drop 1.5" I think), the negative camber went through the roof and the inside edges of the tyres chewed out in no time! Going by unhingd's experience a 1.5" rear drop on the F-Type doesn't seem to be as bad.

Rear alignment on mine was out enough to cause allot of wear on the inside half of the tire tread. Tires only lasted maybe 9000 miles. After four wheel alignment + tweaking, car tracks well around curves without fear of back sliding out. Much more stable on the twisties.
