Is it possible to have remote start fitted if the car didn't come with it? I would love to be able to start my car from a key while I'm in the house to get it warmed up. Does anyone know if this is possible or what the cost would be? I

Remote start is done from the Jaguar Remote app, not the fob. I think you need InControl stuff active to be able to use it.
It's a disadvantage to have to use an app, but an advantage that you can be (a lot) outside fob range to do it.

 

Ah I see. I may be out of luck then since my car is a 14.
