Default Roll over hoop trim - which part number?

I need help deciphering Jaguar part descriptions and pictures.
I have a 2015 V8 S and there is a crack in the shiny trim piece on the back of the roll over hoop behind the driver's head (left hand drive, USA car).
The dealer tells me I need T2R11994QEU and it costs $682.99 from them.
A google search can find that number for less dollars, but also offers T2R1115 ($60) as being the number for the black trim piece. Pictures are a little vague, outline drawings or have many parts in the photo. Seems like it was an optional extra for other models and is noted as being fitted to the V8S?

Is T2R11994QEU the full hoop, padded front, shiny back? (the metal seems to be a different standalone part)

Is there some complication I am missing, or will the cheaper part do?

I’m curious if anyone can see recent posts from BTK44 - the forum says he’s posted in a number of threads recently (twice to this one), but his posts are not visible when I go into the threads. My ‘ignore list’ is empty (you can choose to not see posts from specific members if you want.) I’ve come close but have never used it.

Thanks.

@cooldood Looks like the cheap part is all you need. Try that first.

@DJSThat's strange - last post that is visible is August 19.

SOLVED
New trim fitted today.
There appears to be some confusion with the part numbers and while T2R1115 is listed as the left hand side in many online parts pictures, it is actually the right hand side one.
Luckily I ordered "left hand side trim" so when they shipped T2R1115 and it turned out to be the wrong side, they were happy to have me ship it back at their expense and they shipped T2R2248 which is the correct left hand (driver's USA) side trim piece.

The old one came off easy enough, it appears someone had tried to fix it with superglue, but that had not held and so it came away easily. New one clipped on, ready to go back once I get the right wiring harness for the android auto adapter box!
