A few weeks ago, the satellite would go out intermittently - it would just say "acquiring signal". I refreshed it twice, no real difference, and now for the last week, it does not get satellite at all.

Is this a hardware issue? Any thoughts before I take it to the dealer?

My guess is that the antenna or the connection to the antenna has failed.

 

Thanks, I think that makes sense. Radio works fine, with HD etc.

I guess I will have to take it in....

 

Any resolution? Mine started doing that two days ago, with sporadic connections only.

 

Still out to pasture, so it gets to visit the shop tomorrow.
