I got it out and took it for a drive today. It was nice to feel the acceleration again. Still love this thing.
Awesome car.......

Nice! The second "episode" should prove to be even better. Congrats.

Best regards,

I don't think I could live anywhere that wouldn't allow me to drive the F-type every day. I grew up in the snow, don't miss it at all.

That's exactly why I moved to Texas, and for the few days a year of snow or ice, I still plan on driving the Jag. That's the only reason I waited for the 2016 with AWD.

I am sure that you already know this but AWD does not help you stop. You still need the right tires for the job.

Best regards,
Captain Obvious.

Oh yes, I certainly know that. I've lived (and driven) in Colorado, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania winters. Others in Texas however don't seem to understand the stopping part.

I'm having a good day in the winter when I make it up the hill out of my HOA.

This year has been particularly bad too. They're talking about freezing rain for tomorrow here. That means more salt on the road.........

The good news is that there is supposed to be a ton of rain tomorrow, Thursday, & into Friday. Then it's supposed to warm up. I am hoping to take mine out this weekend!

Yes, it's crap weather here all week, but the sun comes out (literally and figuratively) on Sat when I pick up the F-type, and Sat-Mon may all be top-down weather, at least in the afternoon.
