So I'm at a conference in Cleveland and as the valet pulls up with my R, it's pouring the rain, the valet area is chaos and I really just want to leave. The car is in valet mode so I toss my duffle bag in the passenger seat. The bag was clean or so I thought. Here is the result:

When I first got my old XFS just on three years ago the driver's seat was very stained and dirty, with lots of sweat and grime in the grain of the leather and the seams. A bit of scrubbing with this gear and a microfibre cloth and it came up like new.
Here is a tip we have used in the fabric and upholstery industry for decades. Take some masking tape and place it on the stain and rub it into the fabric or leather. Then peel it off. Do this several dozen times or until the stain disappears (which might be after only a few times). The solvent on the sticky side of masking tape is qe strong and will loosen spots and stains in many cases. I have done it hundreds of times on fabrics of all kinds. And if you doubt its strength, try putting a piece of masking tape on a pre-finished wood floor and then peeling it off, there will be no finish on the floor where the tape was. It destroys water based finishes, spots, stains, etc.
