Default Supercharger oil change during Y pipe replace?

Title says it all. I'm making the Y pipe and water pump change. I'm not asking if I "can" but don't I "HAVE" to do something with the supercharger oil since I've had the unit apart? I just don't see anything about that when reading all the Y pipe change info..... Thanks!

It sorta depends on whether you have a V6 or V8, as changing the SC oil on a V8 is much harder than on a V6.
Easier on both with the SC removed but much more so on the V8.
If you have a V8 then it's pretty much a no-brainer "while you are in there", not so much on a V6.

Thanks. I guess what I'm asking, and sorry for my ignorance here, but where is the oil? I have my SC all over the floor in parts, and I just have to put it back together, and plop it back in the car and I'm done? Thanks!

The SC oil sits in the back of the supercharger, and the drain/fill plug is also at the back towards the top of the SC.
That plug sits horizontal on the V6 but vertical on the V8 and that is the main reason why it's much harder to change the SC oil (with the SC in situ) on the V8.

Default Yes, change it!

As long as you are in there, do make the oil change! FWIU, Jaguar says the SC oil is good for 100,000 miles. Yeah, right. At about 30,000, still under warranty, I had the SC oil changed in the MY2017 6 cyl Premium. I had it in to the dealer for the pipe change (on them/warranty) and I asked my tech to replace the SC oil and that I would pay for that part of it, since the SC had to come out anyway. He didn't believe "lifetime oil" either. He had an identical Eaton from another car on his workbench and did an oil change on it, just to see what was involved. As it turned out, when the original SC went back in, it sounded bad, so a new one was ordered and installed. That one was bad, too, so a third was installed. That one has been in the car for almost 4 years and 12,000 miles.
IMO, if you have or are going to go through all the work to do the pipes and you have access to the SC, consider changing the oil.
