Yep, that would make sense, a too short belt pulling the tensioner in so far that the belt now rubs on the tensioner "base".
There have been some problems with these SC belts when buying a larger crank pulley kit, but so far always with the belt being too long rather than too short, maybe you are a pioneer?
yeah, I’ll go to the dealer and compare my belt to the one they have, hopefully that’s it, that would fix the whole problem., I’ll keep updated.

From one of your earlier posts: "is a wistle, have new belt, new supercharger pulley, car only have 20K , that’s why is a little strange, but definitely the loud wistle come from the supercharger snout"
On at least the V6 the OEM crank pulley and belt changed from 2016 to 2107, with the 2016 and earlier having a different pulley and a shorter belt than the 2017 onward. I see you have a 2017 so I'm guessing when you had a new pulley and belt fitted they got it wrong and fitted the earlier shorter belt.
That does not look right!
I see you have a double-sided (ribs on both sides) SC drive belt whereas the OEM belt was always single sided.
When fitting a double-sided belt the tensioner needs to be changed as well, and it looks as though you still have the old/OEM tensioner.
I reckon you have found the source of your whine!
The OEM belt is double sided. Besides, what appears to be an idler, isn’t even smooth for a single sided belt. OP, Are you certain the belt is routed correctly?
EDIT: never mind... Oz cleared things up on subsequent posts.

You sir are correct!
I just checked my OEM belt and it is double sided, I dunno why I thought it was single sided.
So I went to the dealer, compared the supercharger belt to the one they have, it was a big difference, I’d say about 1 inch bigger, put it back and now is not touching the tensioner body, at all, am not sure if that was making that sound , so I’ll put everything back together and if it keeps making that whistle then the supercharger snout will be replaced since I got the part today, but I rather try it now. Crossing fingers!!
So, I put everything back, belt was the right size this time, drove the car for couple days now, so far no more noise, I think that was the issue, I’ll keep updated if it comes back for any reason, so far looks like that was it...., thanks for all help guys.!
