Default Suspension related question

Afternoon all,

Has anyone been able to disable the CATS suspension when upgrading to coilovers? Or other aftermarket suspension set up?

Are you sure you are in the right sub-forum?
No F-Type ever came with CATS and you have to go back to the pre-2009 Jags before you find one with CATS.

I'm sure the F Type has the same suspension as the 2010+ XKR. Which is different the the pre 2009 XKR's?

Here’s a document on the F-type suspension, including how the active shock absorbers and dampers work...

The term coilover refers to springs That are integrated into the shock absorber In such a manner as to allow the spring preload and/or ride height to be adjusted. No such adjustment in the OEM coils that happen to fit over the OEM shocks.
