How are you enjoying the 360 camera? Seems a bit dark. Did you play around with the settings...EV and ISO. I personally still use traditional gopro5 placed on the center right shoulder, left shoulder in your case. What mount are you using for this?

 

Didn't touch the settings as I've no idea what I'm doing. It's on a tripod wedged either side of the arm rest

They are epic cars in the wet and wet mode also can work really well as it puts the diffs closest to 50/50 ratio so can really help with composure and confidence to push really hard in the wet.

Of course leave it in dynamic for some tail wagging action.
