Default System Language Selection - 2015 F-Type 340hp Convertible

Typo in the Thread Title. My car is a 2015, 340hp. When I took delivery of my car and the sales rep was showing me how to work the system, I noticed there were two selections for English: English (UK) and English (US). Yesterday, I was wanting to change the voice to English (UK) but it is not there anymore. Any ideas?

I thought they eliminated that option; in voice response on the nav anyway. When I had my 2011 XF SC I could get this very elegant British female voice on nav directions response. I very much miss that feature. I think it was better than all the moving gadgets, although I and my passengers liked both voice and gadgets. It really gave it the Brit flavor. I think you are referring to language where U.K. English spellings are terms are used in menus, etc. I'll need to check. Do you change your horsepower already?

No change in horsepower, I just can't type...LOL.

I have the voice giuded NAV and it is currently set to English (US) Female which gives turn by turn directions. I remember seeing the English (UK) selection when I was at the dealer but it has mysteriously disappeared.

I'd like to have the U.K. female, so if you can get it let me know. Maybe Cambo can crack this for us.

It was there, I saw it! The dealer is looking into it as well; the salesman remembers seeing it too. If they find a resolution, I'll post it.

Noticed your inclusion of the '64 GTO in your list and wanted to give a shout out from a fellow one-time GTO owner. I wish I had mine back, it was a '67 posted coupe (very rare, with just over 7K produced), 400 cu, 360 advertised HP (although it was reported to actually put out 375), mariner turquoise, no PS, no PB, no A/C...just a four-speed, PosiTraction and AM radio. Great car in a straight line, but stopping was another matter altogether. And as long as you didn't have to parallel park it in the summer time; guaranteed to work up a sweat. Anyway, great memories.

Much like yours, mine has no creature comforts. Manual Brakes, Manual Steering, Manual Windows, No AC. And you are right, great in a straight line. If I dump the clutch in 1st, it will stand still roasting the tires; shift to 2nd yields a mighty long burnout with a chirp shifting to 3rd. It's a ton of fun! Here are some pics:
