I thought this too, but they're doing such an awful job of 'advertising' it here, that I figured it's not about that. The companies who sell these things don't make false claims, and if someone was working on behalf of one of those companies I would think they'd get fired. Who knows though... social media advertising campaigns defy logic in a lot of ways.
I posted a video (not a claim) of a 5.155 second 0-60 run in D mode without launch control at 95F ambient. Manufacture claims 4.8 seconds with launch control in S on a standard day. <--that's an industry term for you California school system kids.
Post a video of your claimed 4 sec 0-60 in a V6S in D mode w/no launch control at 95F.
Lying outrageously about a great all around car is just plain stupid. An owner never would degrade their own brand with such utter nonsense.

Kooky is saying that the pedal introduces lag and that something later in the data stream can erase the lag after it's there. Unless it can see into the future, that's not possible.
If you google sprintbooster, every site would tell you this device does not help with horsepower, acceleration, or any performance figures. It's like adding a brick to your pedal so you reach 100% pedal easier.
By claiming this changes acceleration numbers you have found new functions out of sprinterbooster that the manufacturer didn't include. The numbers you post with the improvements are nice, but can you do it with at least a v box or something? Drag strip? Comparison video with a stock v6s?
for example I can say I installed a sprinterbooster and before the install, my 0-60 is 4.876. After the install it's 4.921. Without any form of proof the numbers don't really mean much.

There are certified automotive EXPERTS who are, or have been paid by companies for their expertise that YOU are arguing with. These people have credibility and some may well have attended a west coast educational facility. Facts are Facts and Bullshit walks. Time for you to take a stroll with your BS

The BMW community is knowledgeable as hell and somehow manage to reamain 100% focused on remote collaborative development for the cars, and it shows. We (not BMW, who hates the tuner community for making them look like amatuers) have turned our cars into fire-breathing monsters with tens of thousands of owners, fully engaged.

The fact which you seem to refuse to grasp is that if the pedal introduces any significant delay (which IT DOES NOT in the F-Type!!), that delay can not be removed later, without the device predicting the future for you. Your device can not predict the future.
A tune is not the same as a pedal curve. Just because a tune may include a pedal curve does not make them the same.
Now is the time to stop ignoring the facts and stop lying about what it can do. Visit the websites of the makers of these products, and learn about them. They do not lie about them.
The tuning community, except for you, understands this.
