The ones holding the moving panel to the mechanism are torx. The ones holding the mechanism base to the hatch are security pentalobe (5-sided). There's information on it in a couple of places, but the DIY here might be the most help.

They are also known as "star security" 5 point TS27 screws (where TS stands for "Torx Security"), that is what I bought/used and it worked perfectly.
You want the five sided one with the hole in the middle, size 27.

Just curious, what is it being removed?

For myself, I'm a stickler for a clean rear end (cough) and am actually thinking of pulling the fuse on the wing lift actuator...

The bolts/screws in question hold down the cover over the spoiler motor which you have to remove to get at the wiring plug to disconnect the motor so as to permanently disable the spoiler, see here: https://www.jaguarforums.com/forum/f...5/#post1614196 in particular Step 7.
Don't pull that fuse, it is used for something else as well as the spoiler motor, something vital but I forget what atm.

Edit - in the thread I link to above there are two pics showing what you need to see, at post # 72 (the tray/cover still in place but with the 11 screws removed) and post # 81 (the wiring plug).
And one FM reported that the spoiler fuse also operates the Dynamic/Snow mode switch (he erroneously calls it the Sport switch) and that is why you don't want to remove that fuse.
