tyre pressure alarm
had a dead battery , all else it working again except the tire pressure gage .have driven the car at least 200 miles and it still reads fault , any ideas please
The batteries in the TPMS sensors seems to have about a 10-year lifetime. Mine died around that point, and all 4 were replaced by the dealer. Unfortunately, the parts catalog lists the wrong frequency TPMS sensor for my model year, so the dealer installed the wrong one (should be 315Mhz for MY14, they installed 433MHz.) After I pointed out the error (based on forum info), they replaced rhe sensors with the proper ones, and it started working again.
