And with Unhingd’s permission - and “Light My Fire” is one of the greatest songs - here’s my contribution (without using the word):

Let's hope we don't relight the fire (this is NOT my normal song choice and possibly unknown outside the UK!)

I guess it shouldn’t surprise me, or anyone, that an automobile forum has it’s share of “metalheads” but in my opinion here’s the piece de resistance:

I love that movie (and Bowie of course). Sorry, I'll try to keep my metalhead tendencies to a minimum. That one just seemed appropriate since fuel AND fire are part of it.

If we're only doing fire songs, there's always this one.

Why?

Not that Johnny Cash isn't a favorite, but we've got three of the Big 4 of Thrash already. Let's finish it out:

The only ax I have is really an ax. My musical talent would fit in a thimble with room to spare.

I never learned to play any stringed instruments (don't count the piano since fingers aren't directly on the strings/wires). Maybe I should since at last count I think we have 7 in the office of the garage (some guitars, some bass guitars). Since I don't need to suppress my metalhead tendencies (although I like that my dad says I listen to "angry white boy music" like the guys he used to work with in various garages over the years), how about this last contribution from me? This sent me down the rabbit hole of listening to their stuff since I had forgotten how much I liked it.

Then there's:
And if you've never heard of PMJ, my two all time favorites of theirs that have nothing to do with fire are:

Guess what Guys and Gals, the thread most likely to go up in acrimonious flames , has turned into a phoenix rising from those flames to brighten this forum. Thank you for all your incendiary musical contributions.

Are those flames fueled by unburned fuel pouring out of exhaust?

No, they're fueled by some epic sound.

Deep Purple rifs were about the only ones I could play even remotely well (NO, not the solo).

The night they burnt down the gambling house:
Must have been an E-Type instead of a flare gun.

The relevance of this one presents itself after 5:00.

That's part of the perpetual grin when I'm driving. I'm still being terribly obnoxious playing with the various notes and sounds.
Yeah.. it's happening again on mine. I keep wondering if I am driving the car wrong. LOL but the sound is probably both a bit too much and glorious.

Sorry to necropost an old thread as my first post but figured it was better to post in a relevant thread than start a new one.

My 2015 F-Type Base 47k is doing the same thing as OP's. Misfire, Hard start, Fuel dumping out of the exhaust on start. I haven't let the car run long enough to see if it stops dumping fuel. Replaced the spark plugs to be safe but still doing it so its going into the dealer. Happened out of nowhere.

Codes are P0267, P0300, P0302, P0303, P1315, and U0001

I'm almost positive its the injectors now. I might unplug some injectors before I take it in and see if the problem gets better or worse.
I do want to clarify are the cylinders number 1,2,3 pass side and 4,5,6 driver side or 1,3,5 pass, 2,4,6 driver?

Again sorry for the necro, most forums I'm on prefer this to a new thread.

I see the firing order for the V6 is 1:4:2:5:3:6 (from the V6 Repair Manual), but I don’t think I’ve seen a drawing showing the V6 cylinder numbers.

To confuse things, here are 3 different numbering schemes for the V8...

Here is the OBD guide for the V8, which I assume is substantially similar to the V6. Good reference for looking up codes...

Here is a massive (500MB+), poorly organized V6 Repair Manual. Use the PDF bookmarks!
