I believe we have emailed back & forth this morning (not 100% sure because I can't match your username to real name.)

You did not get sent the correct belt, it was too tight and that's why it would have been damaged.

As of end of November last year we have the belt identification 100% resolved, have been trying to identify anyone who might have had the wrong one but 99% of the time this was identified at time of install, and we had a very small number of customers affected. The new belt will 100% resolve the issue, and we should not have any issues at all moving forward.

awesome sounds good yes this was me my names Ethan, but anyway just waiting on the tow then I’ll take a peak on removing the shredded belt at home.

A few of us have been down this road in the beginning, Stuart figured it out and took care of us.

+1 also look what I found, I wanna say they couldn’t get the belt on possibly cause of the size or just trying to do it quick, I think this answers some of my power issues too, I will personally be installing the belt this time LOL
