Default VelocityAP Tune+Pulley on base 2016: 0-60 and 1/4 time improvement?

Curious if anyone has checked improvement in 0-60 and 1/4 times on the F type base when the velocity AP tune and pulley are added?

Good to know but I’m specifically interested in the base F type, not the R.

Sorry, missed the base portion. Expect a much more significant improvement; likely closer to a 3/4 of a second, but that's with optimum driver skill.

Base is 340 PS or around 335 HP.
The VAP crank pulley and tune takes it to around 450 HP, so an increase of 105 HP or 31.34%.
As the saying goes, that is a yuge increase!
But we also know that it is torque not HP that produces acceleration, and I don't know what the torque increase is but I guess it wouldn't be much shy of 30%.
And from my experience the VAP pulley and tune increases not just the maximum torque but it significantly increases the torque "under the curve", which should in theory greatly help with standing start acceleration.
Adding all that up should mean that the VAP pulley and tune gives a big reduction in the 0-60 time, but as Stohlen says driver skill will now count for more, mainly to avoid excessive wheelspin on launch. Tyres will also make a big difference, my old Pirelli P-Zeros were hopeless at launch and would spin like crazy and/or invoke massive DSC intrusion but no such problems with the MPS4S. That said, even with the MPS4S I still get a little bit of spin and DSC on launch and on the 1st to 2nd change (Dynamic mode and in D, DSC fully on), I hate to think how the P-Zeros would have gone!

The tune/lower pulley will take the car from 332 to ~430 lb-ft of torque for a 29.5% gain on the base V6. Also yuge.

V6S RWD stock runs the quarter in 12.9s per my passes this week at Milan Dragway (65F - 80F) running 91 Octane. Tried different settings, Launch Control ON/OF, DSC ON/OFF/TRAC, paddles/automatic, 30psi/36psi rear tire pressure etc etc etc made no difference, 12.9-13.03 consistently over 10 passes.

Considering the VAP tune and pulley but I haven’t found posts on the improved times, anyone? My goal is to get in the low 12s.
