Default Warranty almost up....I think

I've owned my 2017 SVR for 2 plus years, not long enough. I've never had a single mechanical problem with it other than the OBD2 port plug in. I love love love my car. I'ts my daily and I put about 12K miles per year on it. I need to check my paperwork but im thinking my warranty may expire in a year or so. I know my car's "birth month" is April so does that mean my warranty start date was effective April 2016? Even though its a 2017 model?
I don't want to own a car like this out of warranty but i'm not ready to let go.

Warranty date is from the time it was first “entered into service” ie: registered, I seem to recall. If you love it that much you can always buy an extended warranty but that is always a factor of price and what it will cover. Given the car has not had issues your likely not going to experience many major items for some time given current mileage. Of course it’s all a question of how much risk you like to take.

If you call Jaguar USA and give them your VIN they should be able to tell you the date your warranty expires.

Well, there's certainly no shortage of Extended Warranty folks calling....haha. Thanks much. Sounds like I have some time..possibly a full year.
