Default Warranty company replaced engine with one that was in a fire.

I had my engine replaced under warranty and the warranty company replaced the engine with one that was in a previous fire and they never disclosed this to me.
I only found out when I took it for service and they refused to touch it.

I am sorry to hear about your issues, but seeing how your car is currently running you will have hard time addressing this issue directly. Get a full inspection completed by a different shop. Talk to a lawyer specializing in automotive issues.

If there is a fire damage to sensors, plastic piping or wire harness, you can insist that warranty repair it. If there isn't, then pay a detailing shop to shampoo the engine.

If the engine was involved in a car fire, there's no way to rectify the issue without a complete engine rebuild. All rubber seals will have hardened from the heat and the engine will leak fluids faster than a Panhead Harley.

There's very little information to go with here. I assume the car was out of factory warranty, or the "warranty company" would have been JLR and the work done at a dealer. I don't think they're in the habit of installing used engines for warranty work. A 3rd party warranty company would likely be paying a local shop for the work, so the complaint should be with the shop. There's nothing inherently wrong with used engines, and they almost certainly come from salvaged vehicles, so the nature of the damage leading to the write-off is possibly relevant, but not necessarily. As SinF says, if there is obvious fire damage visible, it should be fixed as part of the warranty claim.

EDIT: And as Unhingd says, there may be hidden damage.

I also notice there isn't a question in the original post. Is there some guidance you're seeking, or just some company while you cry in your beer?

That reminds me: I'm out of beer. I guess I'll have to pop the cork on a Malbec.

That depends on the fire (intensity and duration). I've seen many race cars have a fire in their engine compartment. The majority of time, the damage has just been hoses and plastics (as well as cleaning out the extinguisher residue). i.e. the core block was just fine...

I agree, while engine fire isn't a positive selling point, it is not 100% guarantee that the engine is damaged.

I would think the OP is just trolling - their first post, just joined the forum, and that's what he left us with?

How can you tell if the motor was in a fire? My used motor was just block and heads as everything else were replaced or taken from old motor!

If the OP doesn't post back, then I'd suggest this thread is deleted. Currently no evidence that this is real and it's a first time poster.

First time, and only time poster. But I don't see the post as a potential troll as it wasn't a particularly controversial statement.
