I dig the "get right" mentality. However, a more innocent and optimistic take on when people "come up" on you real quick is that they're excited about the car, and want to see it. I know there are some testerone crazies, but a lot of the people who come up on me sit in my blind spot for a few seconds, and then get ahead slowly... not racing, but enjoying/admiring. =) In 2016, I had one guy in a sleeper VW golf come up on me and made me roll down the window, at freeway speeds, and was shouting "I am going to buy one of those used!!!" grinning maniacly. lol This car is well regarded by all types of car fans.

 

Sometimes if I see (what I think is) a really cool car I'll chase it a bit. Only because I want to keep ogling it.
