AJ training manual

Hello can someone please link me or guide me to this wonderful AJ training manual? I'm rebuilding my x308 s/c engine and I need full specs or whatever is available. I searched for AJ training manual & training manual and nothing came up. Thank you!

I uploaded my V6/V8 Engine Course 168 to the large file area a few years ago.

I don't know exactly where it is as I never looked for it (I have the original!!!)

I also have the paper edition (training guide issued at school) of the V8 Engine Course 180 but the 168 covers that engine as well as the V6.

Try a search for "V6/V8 Engine Course 168" or something like that.
