Bluetooth module

Does anyone know where the Bluetooth module is fitted in my 2011 x351 car as it will not pair any make of phone Jaguar XJ

Welcome to the forum.

There is no separate bluetooth module in your car, the bluetooth function is integrated into the head unit.

So i'd say you need a software update, or replacement head unit.
