Fuel injector usage/ compatibility question

Fuel injector usage/ compatibility question
A couple of questions that I don't see any answers for here.
The injector p/n 028015016 (out of my '88 XJS), was it used on any other vehicles or engines?
Does anyone know of an OEM injector that can be used in the V12 HE? (I.e. XJ6, '70s BMW, etc.)
I'd be suprised if the '80-92 Jag V12 was the ONLY engine this injector was used on, but it's hard to tell using sites like Rockauto because it seems like most come with the short piece of rubber hose, where different lengths make for different P/Ns and applications. For instance, the front 2 cylinders on the V12 use a different P/N, only because the fuel line is longer than the other 10.
I'm sure someone here has the answers!
