Help getting some parts identified
Last year my dad who was a big Jaguar guy passed, and i am finally able to go through some of his stuff. He has a carb set with a manifold that i have no idea what model carbs they are or what model Jag they go to. He also has some parts books, and manuals that again no idea if they are any good.
Really interested in seeing if they are worth anything, or should i just toss them in the trash specifically the books.

I don't know if any of the stuff is particularly rare or valuable but somebody would probably want it. It would be a shame to throw it away. Try Ebay

Twin SU Carbs (LH and RH), probably from an XK 4.2 litre straight six. As fitted to a MK10, 420G or Series I XJ6.
The black moulded sections are the spacers which fit between the Inlet Manifold and the Carbs. Next to them are the gaskets.
Above the bottom Carb is the adjustable linkage which goes between the Carbs. Above that is the damper which screws into the top of the Carb.
On the far left are various fuel lines.
Even in the age of electronic Parts Manuals, the original printed ones are still sought after. Not worth a lot but better than just throwing them out.
