Guys, I know in the past Topix used to be a source for getting a build sheet, but for some reason now it won't let me sign on there.

I tried calling the Jag dealer where the car has been serviced (often!) in the past, and the service manager told me he could not access anything beyond the "trim level", which said it was an "XKR" (Duh!)?

Can any of you guys give me some guidance on how to get the build sheet for my car, a 2010 XKR convertible?

I got mine when buying parts (oil filter etc) by asking the parts guy please could he print that kind of stuff.

 

The Service Manager at the dealership said he had no access to build sheets. Would the parts counter guy have more access than him? (Or was the service guy being less than truthful?)

 

I don't know. I didn't specify build sheet I just asked for as much detail as he could on my car. Also, it's many years ago so maybe they don't have it on their systems any more.

 

The last 2 build sheets I got I asked a Sales guy to print one off for me. It took a little explaining (as the term build sheet is not understood) but they got the message & complied with only a little resistance 🙂.

 

No help but I also can't get my Topix registration working anymore? Changed pass words several times and apparently it was successfully. At least it said it was?
But always an error logging in with incorrect password. What's worse is I have sent multiple, multiple requests to Topix for help and I get some canned BS reply about changing my log in again?

Does anyone have a currently working Topix account?

Sorry, I have not requested a build sheet from the dealership so I'm no help there. I have logged into my account on Topix and seems to be working fine.

 

For the life of me I can't log into my Topix account, which seems to be happening with some other members as well.
Would you be willing to get a build sheet from Topix on your account for me?
