Default Illustrated parts breakdown

Okay I just read someone has put the JTIS on here to download...of course I already bought the CD on EBAY!!! So before I buy the parts CD (a source on Ebay will sell it by emailing a PRF...not the actual CD) is there a way to get it off this site. I need it for a 2000 XK8/R. I found a PDF on the 96 XK8 (here under FAQs I think) and it is helpful but doesn't have everything I need, like ALL the Supercharger coolant hoses.

You should be able to find it in the XK section:

the electronic parts catalogue is difficult to install and have access to from your home PC, even with the instructions from my ebay seller to get it to work...tried it 3x. It normally installs so that it accesses an online service before allowing the parts description and diagram access. I use the pdf in the FAQ section 99% of the time, when I can't find something, JPAM (a forum sponsor) has the parts names, with diagragms on their website...but no part numbers, unfortunately. I cross reference sometimes with britishparts.uk to find the actual numbers.

Top of the morning , I cannot find anyone that can get me the rear right intermediate pipe for my 1987 series 3 XJ6 sovereign, it is the solo pipe between the muffler and the catalytic systems, it also has the stem for mounting it to the rubber support, It can be seen in the Haynes Automotive repair manual " Jaguar XJ6/1968 thru 19886/ Series 1,2,&3/4.2 litre (258 cu in )/ 6 cyl. " Repair catalogue. Haynes number 49010 (242) on page 61. Can you direct me to a parts dealer that may be able to supply this pipe ?
Most sincerely

Are you looking only for Canadian suppliers or is this now proving so difficult to obtain that you're prepared to widen the search to include US and Europe?

I'm not surprised you've been having trouble, this pipe is difficult to source in mild steel.

I've found one supplier in the US listing the full system and the individual parts:

Welsh Enterprises, Inc - Jaguar XJ6 Series III (80-87) Exhaust Parts

Another in the UK:

Jaguar XJ Series 3 LH INTERMEDIATE PIPE (SU4053) | JustJagsUK.com

JustJagsUK have the LH in stock but are listing the RH as 'unknown ETA' which suggests they have it on order from their suppliers.

Given the scarcity, it could be useful to you to contact both of these suppliers.

If neither have stock or a reasonable prospect of restocking in the near future, you may be left with no option other than to go for a stainless steel replacement. The following UK supplier lists this:

Parts for Jaguar XJ6 and Daimler Sovereign • Stainless steel exhaust systems - SC Parts - Stainless steel exhaust systems

There are several others producing similar and you could probably find one in Canada or the US to avoid hefty carriage costs.

Default intermediate exhaust pipe (rear right)

Thank you for your input, at least I know now that I am not alone on my quest.
I will probably go to a Speedy Muffler and have them bend a pipe for me. I will keep looking for the original and post a supplier if and when I find one.
Thank you again for your trouble on my behalf.
Sincerely
