No connectivity

No connectivity
I took delivery of my F Pace today (after a 2 year wait!!!)
I have an incontrol account that is all set up on my phone and I can use the app to see the status of my car etc.
HOWEVER, when I’m in the car using the pivi pro on my profile it says I am not logged in. When I try to login it says ‘enable connectivity to use’, when I click this it takes me to the settings but mobile data is already on!
I have tried all sorts but whatever info I can’t connect. Any ideas!?
