My car just got kicked out of the InControl account.
Reinstalled it to the account and called JLRNA. She said a bunch of cars had just gotten kicked out and she was getting a bunch of calls. It has been escalated and they are trying to figure out what happened.
I had the same issue with the app and my Range Rover app.
With help over the phone I reinstalled them and everything is fine.
They claim it could have been the most recent iPhone update
Good luck

Which version of InControl were you running ? When I bought my car in May I installed the app from the Google Play store which was version 1.81 released back in 2015 and last updated on June 18th of 2020.
I did not realize that a newer version 2.8.0 was released on May 10, 2020 so I uninstalled 1.81 and installed 2.8.0. No problems with either version, but if you had the older 1.81 installed maybe support for it is being phased out.

I recently had an iPhone update which unpaired my phone with my car. I had to pair it again by having to tell the car to pair from the phone, then enter a one time passcode. Not likely related, but interesting in that no other phone update has done that.
