Default Passenger tail light

A couple of days ago, I noticed that my right blinker started going a lot faster than it usually does indicating a light was out. It wasn’t the front blinker or the side mirror, so I realized it was the back blinker. Also came to realize that the brake light does not work. The LED strip above my brake light does work, but not the brake light. I changed the lights and they still didn’t work. I could not find a fuse that was brown. I drive a 2017 XE. Any ideas?

Not familiar with the 2017 XE. Would have thought that the tail lights would be LED. But, if conventional dual filament bulbs are used, a missing common ground may be the culprit.
Sounds like a DVM (volt/ohm meter) and helper on the brake pedal are in order.

Let us know how it goes.
