I just bought a 2001 S-Type 3.0 with low mileage, impeccable and the best news is the only issue so far is that the radio reception both AM and FM is not as good as my last car that had an antenna .. Is there anything I can do? Thanks for any ideas..

 

I have never tried the 'fix' for the poor reception but Jaguar did offer a solution.

Yes I noticed.. Thanks for the heads up.. couldn't have done it without you. Now do you know anything about radio reception?

 

He posted two bulletins that apply to your vehicle. You need to make sure they are done, as they address your issue.

You may also have an issue with the antenna amplifier. I've replaced many of them.
