Default Rear window detached from to[p

I have a XK7 convertible and found my rear window separated from the convertible top. It looks like it was glued together. Anyone know how to put it back together?!
Thanks,
Jonnyy

If you mean a 2007 XK this is a known problem. Jaguar even has a repair TSB on the issue which I have attached.

Unfortunately it is a common problem with bonded windows on convertible tops (not just Jaguar).

It can be repaired, even if it is worse that as described in the TSB. See the discussion on this topic here: https://www.jaguarforums.com/forum/x...ble-top-97478/. Some upholstery shops and some windshield shops might be willing to take it on. I think you will find though, that few will guarantee the repair, and they will only do it on a 'best effort' basis.

Next time post in the 2006 and later XK/XKR section to get the correct audience. A moderator may move this post there.
