Try adding 'Pirelli' to your search.

Every OE spare wheel I've seen on Jaguar has been fitted with a Pirelli tyre. From reading on the forum I've found US members appear to loathe the Pirelli brand which may account for having trouble finding a supplier/stockist of T115/85R18.

Plenty suppliers in the UK at around 55 UKP ($70) if you end up having to get one shipped from overseas.

Thanks, Graham.

I've researched such a possibility but afraid that cost of shipment may exceed a new standard wheel+tire cost. Perhaps it would make sense to buy a larger assembly domestically than hunt for a space-saver solution. When it came to using the spare, I made only 15 Miles on it before it gave up. It happened on a freeway at night in heavy rain. The remaining distance to my place was completed by an emergency towing service at $100/mile. So that this spare is not a panacea - just for the sake of compliance...

Best,

I hate space saver spare wheels. When I was running X300, X308 and XK8's, I always replaced them with a full size spare.

A wrecker (scrapyard) should have them, but they will be old of course.

Or get a full size - I gather you'd get a front one and keep speed down if it had to be put on the rear.

Default skiny or full size

Thanks, gents, for supporting me...

I did visit the largest junkyard in my area. This was not I expected, and, of course, I could not find a spare one. The jags around here ain't so popular as BMWs, Mercedeses, Teslas, Lexuses... My model has 275mm at rear end 245mm at front, where both have R19 rims. I do not understand why an original spare has R18. Perhaps, that 'radial' isn't of a low profile and R18 averages the overall diameters, preventing the vehicle from 'limping'.

I'll continue my search while keeping an eye on least expensive wheel to satisfy front/end requirements.

Best to all,

Work out the diameter and they're near enough the same.

There are web sites to do it....

The spare is 18" because all the STR's had 18" wheels except the last year 2008.

You did not post any car details so again we can't help as much?
I am guessing you have a 2008 STR or maybe you have after market wheels?

Thank you, all for your support.
I found the exact one being used only once. It is somewhat universal for jag's product line.
