Default trying to ID a seat part

Trying ti ID this part. I have a set of Jagaur seats that I pulled from a 2004 Type X and I am trying to put these seats in my Ford Model A Hotrod and I am not sure what this part is. Is it part of the are bag system? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Also does any on now a way to bypass the memory seat function.
